Shipping Information for US and International purchases:  * We use USPS for light packages and FedEx or UPS for heavier items. We use USPS for international locations (for some auctions we do not ship to international locations, please read auction details to know if this applies). * We offer reduced shipping when more than one product is sent to one address. * We normally ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. * Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost for some of our products, for other products insurance cost is additional and may be optional depending on the item. Please read the details of each product listing to know which applies. * Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Returns Policy: - We stand behind every product we sell. If there is a problem with your purchase -We accept returns if notified within 4 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped using a traceable shipping method.
- We offer 100% Money Back Guaranteed if the item is not as described; for electronic items if it arrives DOA; however for jewelry we honour returns in the form of merchandise credit or exchange but not cash back -in special circumstances we give cash back for jewelry i.e. if item is damaged or defective before shipment to customer. All returned items will be examined or retested to see if there is anything wrong before a refund is issued. Refunds will be given for the purchase price minus the shipping costs.
- If we have made an error in our description, we will pay the shipping both ways. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for shipping cost.
